The Nutshell in Bury St Edmunds, Endland, is one of the smallest pubs in Britain. The pub measures 15 ft by 7 ft and you can fit about 10-15 people inside before it gets too crowded. Apart from the single toilet and one table 'function room' upstairs, what you see in the photo is pretty much it. Seating consists of a window sill and a chair and there's a table at one end. The pub is run by Greene King and is a proper locals pub. If you ever visit, don't expect a private conversation.
