Barrel Aged Marshal Zhukov's Imperial Stout

A bottle of 2010 Barrel Aged Marshal Zhukov's Imperial Stout from Cigar City Brewing. A fantastic beer. In the background is can of Surly Coffee Bender.

Columbus IPA

Honestly one of the best American IPAs I've had in ages. If you are ever near Ohio, pick yourself up a bottle of this from the brewery. Strong simcoe notes in the nose and perfect bitterness. Two thumbs up! Thanks to Bob (and his wife!) for the gift of this bottle. Photo taken at the Hoppy Daze festival at Monty's Krown in Rochester, NY.

New Holland Brewing Dragon's Milk

Bottles of New Holland Brewing Dragon's Milk wait to be opened for tasters at the 2010 Great American Beer Festival. This is a very tasty ale that is aged in oak barrels.

Maine Beer Company Zoe

Maine Beer Company Zoe. A deliciously hoppy amber beer. Maine Beer Company is a tiny microbrewery in...Maine. This beer is very highly sought after and well rated on Beer Advocate. Recommend you try them out if you are ever near Portland, Maine.

To celebrate the launch of the new Brew Dog pub in Aberdeen, here's a shot of some bottles of their latest beer - Bashah Reserve 2009 - a Collaborative brew between Stone Brewing Co. and BrewDog . The labels were drawn by Johanna Basford.

Left Hand Brewing Company

Fast moving hands on the bottling and packaging line at Left Hand Brewing Company in Colorado. Looks like they are packaging up some 400 lb Monkey. Yum!

Ska Brewing True Blonde Dubbel

This awesome brew was being poured in the Farm to Table area at the 2010 Great American Beer Festival. A very tasty dubbel with a fun label and to be honest sometimes I visit their site just to listen to the tunes.

Firestone Walker's Reserve Tasting

Volunteers pour a taste of Firestone Walker's Reserve for excited tasters at the 2010 Great American Beer Festival. A fantastic dark ale, smooth with chocolate hints. Only a few bottles were opened at a specific time during the festival, those at the end of the queue missed out!

Alchemist Brewery

Alchemist Pub & Brewery Ouroboros Double IPA. The beer from this brewery is usually draft only, but the brewer personally bottled a few specifically for the Media Luncheon at the 2010 GABF. I was lucky enough to attend and try this amazing brew, as well as hear the brewer speak about it. If you live in Vermont, go give this brewery a try!
