
Opened in July, 2014, this BrewDog’s first bar in Wales. Serving an impressive 30 beers, it takes the title for most beers on tap in Cardiff and possibly Wales.

The current building dates back to the 1860s although a pub was there earlier. In 1853, the original 17 century building was listed as the ‘Elephant
Wine and Spirit Vaults and Slate Billiard Rooms’. The building was demolished in 1863 and rebuilt after the street it is situated on was widened.

Standing on the site of the original Old Brewery, dating back to 1713, the Yard is a unique & iconic venue. The front of the building, once the Albert, is now a warm & welcoming space to meet. The washrooms on the lower floor are located in the original cellars, while the outside space is the original court yard where the casks were loaded onto horse-drawn drays.

The White Lion is one of the smallest pubs in Bristol. Dating back to 1806, the historic pub has a very unique gents toilets that can only be accessed by descending down a very narrow spiral staircase which could prove difficult to navigate at the end of a night.
